The woman tells Rocky River Police Officers she was backing out of her driveway, when she noticed the man.
He then jumped out of the car and ran toward Argyle Oval.
Investigators later found vomit in the driveway.
Police think the drunk man opened the unlocked car door looking for a place to sleep.
The suspect's wallet was later found in the back seat of the car, along with his identification. He has not been arrested.

And those who texted more often were much more likely to skip wearing a seat belt.
