NFW Happy Tail: Cee Lo & Lauren | Community Spirit

NFW Happy Tails:  During the week of May 14, 2012, Cee Lo was featured as the West Neighborhood Friend of the Week.  Now Cee Lo has made a new friend: his forever guardian, Lauren.

Lauren is a board member and volunteer for Multiple Breed Rescue in Elyria.  Lauren says she fell in love with Cee Lo the second she first saw him.  After seeing how well Cee Lo interacted with her other dog, Oliver, and how well he fit into her family, Lauren just couldn’t resist giving this special guy a permanent place in her home.  She knows it was the absolute right decision.

Apparently, Cee Lo is a real charmer.  Lauren says he has this way of perking up his ears that is just the cutest thing.  Cee Lo is one of those dogs who always knows how to put a smile on your face.

Lauren has worked a lot with rescues over the years, and she says there is nothing quite like adopting an animal companion.  As she perfectly puts it, “I would encourage other people to bring a rescue into their home because it is so rewarding.  Not only does it make you feel good, you can tell the dogs feel so appreciated.  They really treasure their home, and you!”
