U.S. Marshal Peter J. Elliott has released the August 2013 updated “Dangerous Dozen” list of most wanted fugitives for the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF). A flyer is attached with the photo, name, Date of Birth, charge and area of interest for the current “Dangerous Dozen”. With internet access, anyone can click on each photo on the flyer and view full wanted posters for each fugitive, which contain larger pictures and more information on the fugitive. The public can also go to www.usmarshals.gov/district/oh-n/fugitives to view the fugitives and wanted posters.
Five new fugitives were added to the list this month to replace five that were closed.
David Hyatt is an Akron area fugitive wanted for aggravated robbery. Hyatt and an accomplice allegedly robbed a Long John Silver’s Restaurant at gunpoint. The two entered the restaurant, fired shots and demanded money.
Anetaeus Spencer is a Lorain area fugitive wanted for aggravated assault with a firearm. It is alleged that back in October, Spencer shot a man in the chest after an argument at Gills International Lounge in Lorain.
Carvin Catron is a Cleveland area fugitive wanted for murder. It is alleged that on July 29, 2013, Catron got into a shootout with his brother John Catron. The exchange of gunfire took place near the 10500 block of Columbia Ave. in Cleveland. During the exchange of gunfire an innocent bystander was shot and killed.
Micah Allen is a Canton area fugitive wanted for felonious assault and aggravated robbery. Allen is wanted for his involvement in 2 separate armed robberies back in June of 2012. Allen allegedly committed a home invasion and days later, he and an accomplice robbed a woman at gunpoint.
